Splash Manager Description

Allows you to create lists of related files, and then assign a 'Target File' to each list. This allows you to do things like update your Desktop Wallpaper, or your Windows 95 startup and shutdown splash screens, your startup WAV file sound, or whatever else you can think of. Theres even a built-in scheduler. Splash Manager will also help you create new splash screens for Windows 95 during startup and shutdown. Splash Manager comes with an install/uninstaller program, on-line help, and several sample system splash screens.
