SnailSync Description

SnailSync was developed to be the perfect file syncronization tool for distant computers having slow Internet connections. SnailSync quickly finds the differing files and can save them to a single compressed file, which can then be sent on a USB stick via snail mail or by personal travelling. SnailSync can also be used as a simple form of version management, by repeatedly saving files that have been changed/added since the last check. NOTE: SnailSync is free for personal non-commercial use Main features: synchronize local folders save status for one or several folders (file names, sizes, timestamps and attributes), for comparison with corresponding folders on another computer, or on the same computer at a later time save all differing files to a single compressed file that can be used as source for a synchronization at a different location
