The administrator can also view the offline messages sent by the customers and can respond to them accordingly. With the chat software, the customer support executive can get access to the list of customers including their IP address, country, browser etc. It can also save all the chat scripts. The customer can login through the customer interface and the inbuilt facility of the software let them view whether the customer support executive is online or offline. The program generates an offline message when the company representative is offline. The chat utility provides a secure and fast interaction between website support agents and online visitors in real time. The software is user-friendly and could be installed in any Windows based computer system without need for JavaScript, DLL or plug-ins.
