Schnitzel Description

The Schnitzel application was designed to be a Win32 program to encrypt and decrypt files using Rijndael algorithm (aka AES). It was intended for quick-use with minimum fuss, one can actually 'install' Schnitzel to his / her USB Flash-disk and use it to encrypt/decrypt files directly without installation. Schnitzel developed using Borland Delphi 7, under Windows XP Professional. In addition than just encrypting and decrypting files, Schnitzel also provide a convenient way to securely delete files (so it is not recoverable) using SDelete, a DOD Standard-compliant program.
