SafeTok Description

SafeTok is an easy to use application designed for AES256 based encryption solution aimed at non-technical users. SafeTok secure drives dynamically resize themselves to accommodate variations in the amount of stored data and remote data destruction provides additional security in the event of data loss. Main features: Protect Computer Hard Drives: Downloading the SafeTok software allows users to create secure drives on their computers and protect data on them with password and military level encryption. This protection can be further upgraded to 2-factor or 3-factor authentication by use of security tokens or SafeTok Biometric USB Sticks. Secure File Sending: SafeTok enables secure file transfer either to user's secure SafeTok partition or via email, with proper authentication of the recipient. There is no limit on the file size. If transmission is disrupted, the process resumes from where it stopped. For multi-file transfers the folder structure is preserved. Computer Access Protection: SafeTok makes logging-in to your Windows simpler, faster and more secure. No more troubles with passwords – just plug in a SafeTok device and (if it is a SafeTok Biometric USB Stick) swipe your finger. To lock the computer simply remove your SafeTok device, to resume working just insert it again. Never lose your data!: SafeTok enables automatic back-up of all data on user's SafeTok protected hard drives and portable storage device, including user's settings of various SafeTok components. Encryption and fingerprint recognition protection ensure only authorised access, data privacy and complete security. Two options: Express vs. Biometric: SafeTok exists in two main versions. SafeTok Express provides password protection and/or security token protection and is available as a software download. SafeTok Biometric enables 3– factor protection with user's fingerprints delivered by SafeTok Biometric USB Sticks. Protect USB Sticks & Memory Cards: Users can protect data on their portable storage devices such as USB sticks or memory cards with password, encrypting their data with military grade 256-bit AES encryption by simply downloading the SafeTok software. Lost devices can be remotely deactivated and the data on them destroyed. Secure Working with others: SafeTok Workspaces is an excellent tool for secure collaboration. Any changes made in the shared folder by one user are automatically synchronized for all workspace members - no need to send files. Among other functions: working offline, undeleting files, roll-back to any previous version and many other. Secure Website Access: SafeTok allows turning an ordinary electronic device (e.g. USB stick) and/or your fingerprints into a unique key controlling access to your website account and protecting it against all known cyber-attacks. To log-in to a website just plug in your SafeTok device and (for SafeTok Biometric) swipe your finger! Deliver news & ads to the users: News, company's policies or advertisement can be delivered directly to the users from within their SafeTok components.
