In fact this project is just a simple experimenting with SQL Server Plug-in Algorithm API, by implementing popular LIBSVM methods into the shell algorithm provided with the API. It can be used just like any built-in algorithm; a model based on SVM can be built, training data is inserted into model, and a prediction query is run against the model for prediction. It supports only regular tables (not nested tables) and returns only one predicted value (not a histogram of possible predictions).
