SOS is a application 100% Web and developed in Java, requiring a relationary database (MySQL, PostgreeSQL, Oracle, DB2..) and a Java applications server (Tomcat, Websphere, Resin,..). It can be implanted in a low cost architecture: Linux + Tomcat + MySQL.
