SCRalyze was created as an accessible and powerful MATLAB instrument that allows you to perform model-based analysis of psychophysiological signals. SCRalyze is a software that comes with a flexible import interface and uses linear convolution models / dynamical causal modelling to perform an analysis. Main features: automatic creation of batch scripts via the GUI models: dynamic causal modelling (DCM) and simple statistics for spontaneous skin conductance fluctuations DCM for event-related (anticipatory and evoked) skin conductance responses general linear convolution modelling (GLM) of evoked skin conductance responses second-level statistics: group-level analysis, simple plots, and export of summary statistics data import interface: supporting Spike, Biopac, VarioPort, (exported) ADInstruments LabChart, (exported) Biograph Infiniti, (exported) MindMedia BioTrace, Dataq/Windaq, Matlab, and Text format simple programming of add-ons for import and modelling of new data types and formats supports SCR and heart beat/heart rate data
