Rocket Desktop Description

Rocket Desktop is a small tool designed tolock your icons in place. No longer can they be dragged around the desktop. The captions also become fixed and cannot be edited. Access to the right-click popup context menus are stopped as are those annoying tooltip hints. Rocket Desktop can remove the captions from all icons producing a much 'cleaner' working environment.
