Retis DMM & Analytics is a product suite which provides a domain modeling studio for creating reusable domain and business artifacts that are used by our business simulation solutions packages ERMSIM and EPCAD. ERMSIM SLM solution package supports the creation of agent-based and goal-oriented configuration models of the business ecosystems, and strategies expressed through strategic goal/soft-goal dependency models. ERMSIM SLM enables development and evaluation of strategies such as corporate, business and functional strategies within the context of the business ecosystem to ensure alignment of the strategies with business capability and culture. ERMSIM SLM manages the network of alignment relationships between ecosystem elements (agents and their capabilities, motivations, intentions), and strategy components such as objectives and goals, and performance measures. Users can create scenarios of alternative situations and environments that can be used in evaluating different strategic options and alternatives to determine in which environments these strategies fail. ERMSIM SLM supports computer-generated graphics and imagery that enables visualization of the enterprise-wide strategy component and strategic dependency networks models, and configuration model of the organization and culture at all levels of the organization. The visualization and dynamic information enables improved situation awareness and collaboration. EPCAD OPA solution package is a discrete-event business simulation platform that enables users to create simulation models of organization's operating model, resource capabilities and capacity, and organizational control factors that can be executed to test various assumptions of customer demand profiles and impact on capacity utilization and performance. EPCAD OPA supports the generation of input parameters to simulation models from configuration models of the Operating Model, customer demand, work centers and shift schedules, labor schedules, and product mix. EPCAD OPA supports computer-generated imagery and graphics that enable visualization of simulation output analysis which allows users to study the effect of changes to a set of key operational and production factors, and experiment with production design, in a given time frame to optimize production and operations capacity.
