Recognizer Description

Recognizer is a command-line tool that processes a set of inputs through the local Microsoft Speech Server 2004 speech-recognition engine. There are two required arguments: a grammar file and a wave file (rule names are optional). These are the core inputs that are passed to the speech engine.
