The algorithm uses the latest technology in natural language processing to identify key words, phrases, and names. The QuickIndex Maker opens Microsoft Word documents using your installed version of Microsoft Office. It then breaks apart the document PaGE by page and identifies key words, phrases, and names within the page. The end result is a printable RTF file containing the first pass back-of-book index. Features Automatically create back-of-book indexes. Reads Microsoft Word (*.doc) format. Outputs index terms, sub-headings, and page locators in an RTF file. Easy to use interface allow processing in only 3 steps. Displays resulting index file for verification. Page offset adjustments accounts for where the first page of the Microsoft Word document is not page number 1. Full version can process virtually unlimited number of pages.
