Pusher Description

The PusHeR VST plugin was developed to be a one-slider compressor / saturator that amplifies audio according to the rule: the softer the signal, the more amplification. This creates a smooth compression the "pushes the audio foreward" with low values, a cool saturation effect for high values, and brutal distortion for extreme values. Parameters: Input trim - self explanatory. -6db/+3dB trim PUSH! - this is the one slider (-; The higher you go, the more saturation is in effect. Warmth - when full, a triangle wave will become a pure sine wave (assuming PUSH is at maximum) . When in the minimum position, the triangle will reserve it's peak - resulting in a saturation that doesn't reduce high frequencies. XtreeM - this slider will become active only when PUSH! is at maximum. It stretches the pushing into distortion. Output trim - PusHeR can produce very loud-sounding signals, but it will actually LOWER the original level of the audio (It'll sound louder but look softer on the meters). If you want to push it all the way to 0dB, use the output trim for extra amplification.
