The tool works automatically with .csv, tab-delimited and dBase files, and can read and sort other files via an export to .csv. It will give you postage statement, rate qualification report, and barcoded tray/sack tags, calculates all postage amounts and discounts including non-profit rates, and prints step-by-step packaging/traying instructions. Prints Sort wizard makes it easy to set up each mailing. The utility is able to work with most any mailing list format. The software is kept updated with any changes in postal rates or regulation related to bulk-mailing. As a registered user you are entitled to changes/updates.
