Pos Free Photo Editor Description

Pos Free Photo Editor is a simple yet comprehensive image enhancing and editing tool that anyone can use to both correct common exposure mistakes and give a glamorous touch to your favorite shots. This free utility has been designed to help all types of users to make the most of their photo collection, offering pro-looking effects and enhancing tools that are both easy to apply and of a high quality. With a clean and fairly well-structured interface, Pos Free Photo Editor offers a high-quality and large preview window for you to work with your selected photo both comfortably and efficiently. On the top menu bar you will find the three submenus that really make this tool worth trying – Enhancements, Effects, and Filters. The first one includes a plethora of interesting utilities devised to correct with just a few clicks the most common mistakes we usually make when taking a picture – namely, brightness, contrast, saturation, luminosity, exposure, white balance, and hue errors, among others. The program comes also with “Auto Colors” and “Auto Enhance” options for those in a hurry, and a histogram equalizer for those with a bit more knowledge and skills on digital photography. Here you can also rotate and flip your pictures with no loss of quality. The Effects and Filters menus will help you turn your dullest pictures into works of art usually in a one-click operation. Here you can add a grayscale tone to your image, turn it into a puzzle, add shadows and frames, blur effects, fancy vignettes, or even arrange your favorite ones into attractive collages. A number of these options – the most used ones – are also easily selectable by clicking on the corresponding icon in the two toolbars available in the main interface. There is one more interesting functionality that needs noting – the “Print Multiple” option. This will arrange a number of pictures of your choice into differently-sized frames so that they fit a single sheet of paper. This will help you to 1) save paper, and 2) print out nice collages in a quick and simple operation. Having said all that, note that Pos Free Photo Editor is no longer an option I would consider. Not that it has suddenly become a worthless tool, not at all – it is just that Power of Software is now offering its pro version (Pos Pro Photo Editor) free of charge to anyone interested in getting hold of a full-featured and efficient image editing tool. I would grab this opportunity with both hands, if I were you. Francisco Martínez Editor rating:
