PixName Lite Description

PixName Lite is derived from PixName, which was designed to help users replace the filenames produced by digital cameras with filenames which are meaningful to the users. PixName can sort pictures by picture date and maintain the chronological order in a folder containing pictures taken by different cameras on the same occasion. Unlike captions, filenames are available to any Windows application. They are visible in any file management application and can be used to index pictures for immediate retrieval through a general-purpose indexing application. Management of pictures and selection for email become much easier; email recipients know immediately the subject of attached pictures renamed with PixName.
