PhpGmailDrive is unique web based utility that can instantly publish desired email attahment in web. It runs on any web server that has PHP hosting. Even more, PhpGmailDrive runs on free hosting servers provided they have PHP-cURL library support. PHPGmailDrive is also known as PGD. Its size is only few kB. Interestingly it allows anyone to host 2 GB files in few megabytes hosting space in server.. How? It uses Gmail as file server. It follows a special protocol called GmailFS, where subject lines of mails are exploited such a way that external Gmail checkers can show files like real file system. For uploadig one can send Emails in special subject line or use upload tool found in Viksoe.dk . PhpGmailDrive can add more than one Gmail account in a single script, so ultimate storage space will increase accordingly. PhpGmailDrive is simple to configure and distributed free under LGPL license.
