Photo Movie Creator Description

As the title of this software suggests, Photo Movie Creator allows you to export your favorite images to a video file. The interface of the application is plain and simple to work with. Images can be imported from file or folder via the file browser only, because the "drag and drop" method is not supported. So, you can select the video standard (NTSC or PAL) and resolution (low, medium or high), in order to proceed with the conversion process. On top of that, you can add a soundtrack to your movie by specifying an audio track in the WAV format. In addition, you can specify the slide interval and output destination, as well as select a compressor and configure its settings (e.g. compress to color or black and white, adjust smoothness and set the data rate). The program requires a low-to-moderate amount of system resources and quickly creates a video clip (with the AVI format). No errors have occurred during our tests and Photo Movie Creator did not freeze or crash. On the other hand, there are few features available. For example, you cannot apply transitions and image effects. Plus, there is no help file at your disposal and the image quality of the output video is pixelated during transitions (but the sound is great).
