PMM-Lab Description

PMM-Lab was developed as an accessible and open source extension to KNIME, also known as the Konstanz Information Miner. PMM-Lab is a tool that contains three large components: · a library of KNIME nodes · a library of “standard” workflows · an HSQL database to store experimental data and microbial models PMM-Lab is an extension that's been developed to standardize the statistical analysis of experimental microbial data. Moreover, PMM-Lab can also be used to ease the development of predictive microbial models (PMM).
