Single mouse click can help you scan paper documents, email, photos, spreadsheets, websites, etc. to compact, searchable, web-friendly PDF files. This program is able to work with most commonly available scanners. Once the documents are inside a system they could be easily searched, found and retrieved. Thus all your web-optimized, Bates stamped, secure, JBIG2/JPX encoded PDF files can be stored and can be utilized efficiently. The images can be stored in any of a number of formats like the JPG, JPEG, TIFF, GIF, PNG, EMF, BMP etc. PDFEase Scan to PDF offers some edit facilities that are typically required when working with scanned images. Clockwise or anti-clockwise rotations are available for correcting those skewed images. Crop functionality will let you take out the part you are interested in. Images could be copied to the clipboard if you need to do further processing by other programs. Scanned documents can be directly mailed. The selection tool for selecting areas of interest from the images could be adjusted to capture the right area. Unlimited undo/redo lets you take care of any mistakes. This has a simple interface and is quite intuitive. Most users would be able to get productive very quickly. The controls are also well laid out. This is a good product and has many useful features.
