PDF-Pro Description

Edit PDF files and create them using the standard Print function found in many applications. The virtual driver installs as a system component and provides PDF creation. The PDF files are formed with or without restrictions, but it is purely optional and based on the user's choice. PDF-Pro is an application especially designed to create PDF files, as well as to convert other file formats into PDF format. The application displays a neat interface with a simple and efficient menu that will allow you to get to work immediately. To create a new PDF file, you need to open a file supported by this tool, such as a MS word document or a RTF file. By using the editing options from the toolbars located above the display screen, you will be able to edit the content of your PDF, insert notes and comments to the text, underline words and phrases, insert watermarks or even attach another file. All your actions will be displayed in the second half of the display screen, helping you keep track of the tasks you have performed in the imported document. After you have finished editing the document, you can easily save the file into PDF format by selecting "Save" or "Save as" from the main menu. The other main function of the tool will allow you to convert other files into PDF format. To make things more efficient, it allows you to convert multiple files at the same time through its batch conversion function. To do so, you need to select the "PDF batch conversion" function from the main menu, which will open a new window where you can add the files that you want to convert. Before actually converting the selected files, you will also be able to perform other tasks, such as organize the pages of a document, insert watermarks or set page quality.
