The employee machines need to have a client installed on them. The activities can be recorded offline and viewed at a convenient time. Monitoring could be scheduled at different times. Recording is started at the scheduled times and recorded in AVI format. Quite a few administrative operations could be carried out remotely. These include changing wallpaper, lock computers, enable/disable screen saver, shut down or log off computers. You would be able to monitor multiple screens simultaneously. Machines with dual screen also could be recorded. The administrator will be able to send instant messages to the clients. Employees could be warned that monitoring is starting.
