Otium UtiliSync is a file synchronisation tool for Desktop or Laptop Users. Once installed and configured on a PC, UtiliSync will make copies of selected (tagged) files to a target volume or directory every time that file is modified. this application was created to allow all users to protect all the important files on their computers by making copies to an alternate location. UtiliSync has three basic concepts: ￭ A Tagged File is the file or directory to be monitored and copied ￭ A Target Volume is the destination to which the tagged files are copied ￭ The Scan Interval is how often UtiliSync checks for modifications to the tagged File Limitations: ￭ Nag screen ￭ 5 days trial period
