This application allows you to convert video files between multiple formats, including MPEG, RM, WMV and AVI, as well as burn them to disc. The interface of Okoker AVI / DIVX / MPEG / RMVB / WMV to DVD VCD Converter & Burner is plain and simple to work with. Video clips can be imported into the list via the file browser only, because the "drag and drop" method is unsupported. Batch conversion is possible. In the queue you can check out the name, type, source and output directory of each video. In "Options" you can specify the output directory. Once you set the output format as well, you can proceed with the conversion task. Additionally, you can configure audio and video settings for each output profile, such as codec type, size and frame. But you can also set the temporary directory and enable Okoker AVI / DIVX / MPEG / RMVB / WMV to DVD VCD Converter & Burner to play a sound or turn off the computer after conversion finishes. Furthermore, you can enable the tool to ask before overwriting existing files and to show a hint message when moving your mouse to the toolbar, move items up and down in the list, view file information, play the source or destination file in the default media player, wipe off the video mottle, and more. The video conversion program requires a moderate amount of system resources, supports a few keyboard shortcuts, contains a well-drawn help file with snapshots for novices, quickly finishes a task and manages to keep a very good image and sound quality in the output videos. The only issue we have encountered during our tests is that batch processing doesn't seem to work on Windows 7. The tool only converts the first file in the list.
