NeuroSpy is a two-photon neuronal activity imaging program that has 3D and 3D timing capabilities, can scan the given (x, y) point for 1 ms, acquire at 5 GS/s, count the photons and display the fluorescence lifetime histogram or scan a 64x60 rectangle pixel by pixel (Uses 320 pixels sequence mode and counts the photons and runs through a 1-micron stack 20-deep). Although Neurospy is a very complex software package it comes equiped with a lot of example scripts so it can facilitate the best user experience possible. Requirements: ￭ java Runtime Environment
