NT Logon Capture Description

NTLC invisibly captures usernames and passwords entered in the logon dialog (CTRL+ALT+DEL) and saves them to a file. This can be very useful for system administrators who want to monitor the logon activity. Unlike W2K's regular logging mechanisms, this way of monitoring is probably unknown to intruders so they won't manipulate it before they logoff.
