MouseLock Encrypter Description
A very-very basic Symmetric Encrypter for Windows 7 (I didn't test it on XP yet). Used Microsoft VB 2010 ExPress edition (free) to create, so you need it too to view the source. Features: •Symmetric encryption system (per byte) •Can only encrypt/decrypt a text file (.txt)
