From Microsoft: Unable to connect to Web sites using Server Gated Cryptography (SGC)? Some computers may be unable to connect to Web servers using SGC for strong encryption when a secure connection is required. Installing this update will eliminate these connection failures. This update is available in both standard and high (128-bit) encryption. You will select your encryption level from the drop-down box on the License Agreement page. Review the download instructions below, and click Next to proceed. NOTE: The high encryption version of this update is eligible for export from the U.S. to all customers worldwide, except to U.S. embargoed destinations.
