Makeaud Description

To use Makeaud, you need an MPEG stream, captured perhaps from a video cd as long data (blocks of 930h). This program makes a pure audio stream, without video, ready for use with some mpeg audio players, such as Winamp. The stream produced is an MP2 (like an MP3 only less complicated.
