MS/MS Spectra Preprocessor Description

MS/MS Spectra Preprocessor is an advanced application designed to generate or process SEQUEST .dta files, concatenated .Dta files (_dta.txt), and Mascot .mgf files. The spectra in the files can be filtered based on scan type or fragmentation mode, while they can also be tested against one of three spectral filters. The software can generate a report file (_SpectraQuality.txt) that lists the spectra that do and do not pass the filter. It can also create a new .dta, _dta.txt, or .mgf file containing only the spectra that pass various filters.
