MIDIFMT Description

MIDIFMT is a simple command line tool designed to tell the midi version 0, 1 or 2 and number of tracks of midi files. When programming other midi utilities I needed special formatted midi files to test the utilities. To distinguish the different format 0,1,2 midi files I wrote this simply program.
