At one of the abandoned factories was a secret laboratory. The military needed people with super abilities, but the laboratory was closed due to experiments on people were made public. But secretly, one of the doctors continued the experiments. As a result of his experiments, mutants appeared. People are so mutated that they're no longer considered humans. They need to be destroyed.
