Launch n Set is a lightweight Windows application built specifically for helping you assign limited CPU power to a certain program for a dual core CPU. The advantages of being portableSince this is a portable program, it is important to mention that it doesn’t leave any traces in the Windows Registry. You can copy it on any USB flash drive or other devices, and take it with you whenever you need to set affinities on the breeze, without having to go through installation steps. Although the user interface is not aesthetically impressive, it is actually very practical and enables you to configure the dedicated parameters from a single panel. Main featuresLaunch n Set gives you the possibility to select the file using the built-in browse button or “drag and drop” operations. You are allowed to set the desired affinity for the program, specify the parameters of the utility in the “Options” panel, as well as pick the running mode (normal, minimized, maximized).
