LINTREE Description

The LINTREE package provides a set of programs for testing the molecular clock on a given topology of a phylogenetic tree. These command line tools can also be used for making linearized trees (reestimating branch lengths under the assumption of constant rate of evolutions. You can create batch files for running the applications with multiple arguments when you need to work with nucleotide or amino acid sequences.
