Koom Description

Koom is one of the easiest to use keyloggers on the market, providing a very simple way to monitor the keyboard on any Windows workstation. The application needs only minor configuration, which makes it the perfect tool for both beginners and experienced users who don't want to spend too much time setting it up. All you need to do once installation comes to an end is to set up a master password that can be used to call the main window of the program and thus see the typed text. It's very important to choose a password that's unlikely to be typed by those in front of the monitor, so make sure you choose a pretty complex letter and number combination. While it opens instantly after typing the secret word and lets you save the logged information as text document, Koom has a major drawback: it keeps its process visible in the Windows Task Manager. This way, a more advanced computer easily could easily detect that it's running and can even kill the process, thus avoid getting logged while working on the system. On the good side however, Koom runs on very low resources and does its job regardless of the Windows flavor installed on a specific system, be it Windows XP, Vista or 7. It doesn't require administrator privileges on Windows 7 machines. All things considered, Koom is indeed an easy to use keylogger that provides only basic features.
