TKZTransImage is a component succesor from TImage. With this component you are able to generate transparent Forms and Panels with only one line of code. Only call Execute method at Form's OnCreate Event. And that's all. You just made an coll looking form in a minute. You have to set Picture Property to Bitmap thats generates transparency region.
