Justin Clock Description

The Justin Clock application was designed to be a small tool that will allow you to change the system time and date, without the risk of crashing. It uses scroll bars for each field (hours, minutes, seconds, and the AM/PM), same with the date. The date can be changed to a maximum of 2025, which is probably a long enough time. It can also go back to 1990.
