The Job Lead Organizer application was designed to be a tool to help those looking for employment to stay organized in their job search, allowing them to focus on finding their next job. It includes an integrated Internet Job Search Browser to help you locate jobs on the Internet, and has an integrated Calendar with Reminders to help you keep track of important events, and things that need doing. Main features: Job Lead Organizer - This feature gives you a high-level view of all of your job leads, and displays all of the critical information about each of your job leads. The Job Lead Organizer feature is composed of two views: Job Leads View - The main view of the Job Lead Organizer which shows you all of your job leads organized by their status.The Job Leads View shows you what status each job lead is in, and when you last did anything with it. The details of that job lead are just a couple of clicks away at any given time. The Job Leads View is sortable, and can return all of your job leads, or just the job leads that are in a certain status. Job Lead Status Categories: New - Job leads that are new to you. Application Submitted - Job leads where you have submitted your application. Interview Scheduled - Job leads that you have an upcoming interview. Interview Complete - Job leads that you have completed an interview. Job Offer Received - Job leads where you have recieved a job offer. Action Required - Job leads where action is required by you. Information Needed - Job leads where you are waiting for information. Other - Job leads that do not fit in any of the other categories. Job Lead Details View - This view allows you to see all of the important details for an individual job lead such as Job Title, Job Details, Organization and Contact information. You can use the job lead details view to make notes about each job lead, and keep track of any special files that you may have submitted (e.g. Custom Resume, or References list.) Integrated Job Search Browser - This feature allows you to search Internet job sites, and easily save the information to your Job Lead Organizer. The Integrated Job Search Browser includes places for you to record any information about a job lead that you find, and save it directly to the Job Leads Organizer, without having to copy and paste between different windows. When you find a job lead using the Integrated Job Search Browser, it automatically saves the exact web page address for you, enabling you to go view the website from within the Job Leads Organizer with the click of a button. Calendar - This feature allows you to keep track of important dates (Events), things you need to do (To-Do List Items), and allows you to link these items to individual Job Leads. The Calendar has a Reminder interface which includes an audible alert, and a snooze feature.
