The Project Management Software InLoox operates within Outlook®, simplifying and combining the organization of projects, documents, resources and budgets. InLoox provides highly effective support for everyday standard business Processes. InLoox is a full-featured business management software product that helps you save time on project planning, processing, tracking, scheduling, resource management and completing your project successfully. Old project planning and management software tools put the burden of creating and updating project plans on the MANAGER's shoulders. InLoox offers an online project management solution at a fraction of the costs of enterprise project management suites. Features: InLoox can be organized as required - by customer, internal and external contacts (e.g. stakeholders, project managers and team members), department and project status. Information can be called up quickly and without fuss, for example while on the phone. InLoox supports the simple recording of activity and effort for all project steps, for example from the Outlook calendar or inbox. A complete activity History can thus be produced for each project. Project phases, work packages and Milestones can be assigned to staff or other resources. Project members can see dates and milestones in their Outlook calendar or personal task list. Effort and cost estimation functions, plus follow-ups, are also included. Straightforward document management in Outlook thanks to InLoox: Order and clarity for all a project's documents. Outlook mailboxes, files and network releases, internet and intranet and addresses share point servers are all supported. Dates and milestones are easy to monitor. Cost controlling runs in parallel and provides a reliable overview of the financial aspects of a current project at minimum cost. InLoox is able to produce reports and analyses in many output formats, including Microsoft Excel, RTF, PDF and HTML.
