IfOnline Description

The IfOnline application was designed to be a small program that will prevent the opening of your browser when you are offline. If the browser is already open, or you are online, IfOnline has no effect. When you are offline and click on an URL, instead of the browser opening, you will be shown a dialog box displaying the URL and three buttons: Open: open the URL in the browser; Copy: copy the URL to the clipboard; Cancel: do nothing. If you are on online, or the browser is already open, IfOnline will open the URL as usual. Currently it only works with http, not https or any of the other protocols. It will also not accept multiple URLs (ie. it expects the dialog to be closed before trying to open another URL).
