IE New Window Maximizer lets you set up rules for maximizing the IE windows, edit the selected ones, import the rules from CFG files, and export them to the same file format. When it comes to configuration settings, you are allowed to show or hide the IE windows while being maximized, hide the system tray icon, maximize all new IE dialogs to a full screen mode, as well as maximize new panes in Outlook Express.
