Hourly Clock Description

Customizing our desktops is an important aspect of our digital world, whether we are talking about gadgets, wallpapers, screensavers, theme packs or icons - the Internet offers endless options. Hourly Clock is a lightweight and simple-to-use gadget, designed for Google Desktop. It can display time in the side bar. The interface of the app consists of a small frame where you can view the current time in digital mode - hour, minutes and seconds. Thanks to the default features provided by Google Desktop, you can remove Hourly Clock's frame from the dock, in order to move it to any position on the screen, make it stay on top of other windows, as well as zoom in and out. On the downside, Hourly Clock does not come with any settings of its own, to be configured - it does not support UI skins or integrate sounds, for instance, let alone support different time zones. The clock display is minimalistic, with no outstanding features. The gadget's process can be barely noticed in 'Task Manager', since it uses a very low amount of CPU and system memory. It has a good response time and didn't freeze, crash or pop up error dialogs during our tests; we have not come across any problems. All in all, Hourly Clock makes a nice addition to Google Desktop's sidebar; it can be seamlessly handled by inexperienced users. No recent updates have been made.
