Hexciting Description

Hexciting is a very simple, easy to use application specially designed to offer you a command line hex editing program. This application will help you apply an operation over a range of bytes, by using the -r flag and specify a start and end address. Note that the start is inclusive and end is exclusive. To apply an operation over a certain length, use the -l flag and specify a start address and length filename is the file that will be operated on.
