This is an update for all Handspring Visor handheld computers. Adds support for Windows 2000 USB and Windows Millennium Edition. Includes updated HotSync Manager software. IMPORTANT:If you are upgrading Palm Desktop software already installed on a Windows 2000 computer which is unable to HotSync, please follow the instructions below to prepare your computer for the upgrade. Under the Start menu, Control Panel, open the Add/Remove Hardware Click NextSelect Uninstall/Unplug a device and click on the Next buttonSelect Uninstall a device and click on NextClick on Show hidden devices, select Handspring Visor (at bottom of list), and click on NextClick on Yes, I want to uninstall this device and click on NextClick on FinishInstall the new Handspring version of the Palm Desktop softwareMake sure the USB cradle is plugged into an available USB port on the PCPlace the Visor handheld into the USB cradle and press the HotSync button on the cradle to synchronize the handheld with the PC.
