HQFAX is an utility that helps you configure your modem and lets you send faxes.The following Windows client packages, developed by John Hamill, have built-in support for TPC.INT. The win3x and win9x releases are currently Beta-9.2. The author, John Hamill, has since stated that this product is no longer under development, and only supported by him at faxhq@ibm.net
