HH2 Helper Description

While working for Borland I was responsible for integration of MS Help 2.x technology into Borland C#Builder and Borland Delphi 8.0 for .NET. I have had a lot of fun integrating a technology not officially supported by Microsoft. I wrote this tool in my spare time to simplify navigation and invocation of installed MS Help 2.x namespaces. As Default it uses DExplore.exe (the default HTML Help 2 viewer). Latest MSDN, VS 2003 and .NET Framework 1.1 will install DExplore.exe to view registered MS Help 2.x help content.
