Golasso League Scheduler is designed for single site sports leagues in which all games are played at one location on different fields or courts, and in which the game officials report to the site and are assigned a field or court. The software creates season game schedules and allows assignment of game dates, time slots, fields and officials. Special features create schedules that will have each team over the course of a season play a balanced number of games in each time slot, and a balanced number of games on each field or court. Umpires and referees can also be assigned in a manner that will have them working a balanced number of games with each team over the course of the season. For softball leagues, the software balances the number of home and visitor games for each team during the season. Create schedules for leagues with as many as 32 teams divided into as many as 8 divisions and 2 conferences. The software specializes in creating schedules for unbalanced leagues, such as a league with 17 teams and divisions of 7, 6 and 4 teams. Game dates can be assigned with automatic holiday skipping. Bye weeks are automatically assigned for leagues with odd numbers. Schedules can be exported to Microsoft Word, to Excel and to files that can be emailed. Special calendar software allows the season schedule to be printed on a calendar that can be posted on your recreational facility bulletin board, and the calendar can be inserted in mailings.Version 2009 includes updates to user interface.
