This dialog has a system tray icon that gives you many of the same options. The system tray icon will disappear once you create your first account, and the system tray menu will be available from any of your account's system tray icons menus. This prevents any unnecessary system tray icons. From any account system tray icon you can left mouse click and hold the Shift key to open up the Email View application for that account.
