GLIEP Description
GLIEP, also known as Glyph-based Link Exploration of Pathways was created as an Open Source plugin for the VANTED application. GLIEP was created to help guide the exploration and navigation process of interconnected pathway visualization. GLIEP is also supposed to offer insight into the overall interconnectivity. The advanced navigation found in Glyph-based Link Exploration of Pathways allows for biochemical pathway exploration.
