Evaluation and conclusion We have not come across any kind of problems throughout our testing, since Free PDF to HTML did not hang, crash or display error dialogs. It finishes a conversion job swiftly while using low CPU and RAM, so it does not hog system resources or interfere with the regular user activity on the PC. On the other hand, Free PDF to HTML lacks any kind of notable settings. Batch processing is not supported, so you are restricted to converting only one PDF file at a time. On top of that, it is not possible to customize properties for the new HTML files. The program's name is somewhat misleading, since it is not exactly free, as explained in the Limitations section on this page, and the entire package is a bit too expensive.
